When first time to it,let eyes crazy.View cannot be known. Some button cannot be known and found. 1:x32 run error in x64 system.x32 cannot in x64? 2:x64 can open 3:cannot know how to add texture 4:render need more long time ,RAM need more,peak115,no texture shown And I think 2.8 beta has several error but not stable,which it maybe harmful to PC. By the way ,when can 2.8 stable version be give us? Thanks.

From looking at the screen shot you post seems you have the sun selected in stead of the plane which might be the reason you are not seeing the plane texture on the plane. Not sure why the 32 bit version is getting errors and stopped working the requirements for Blender 2.8 are below the release date for a stable version of 2.8 might be late summer it has not been listed yet when it will be a stable release it is still in beta and being tested
