Subject: Policy in case of order error

Hello!

I have a question for the store about the policy for refunds due to system errors.

On Monday, March 18 I bought a product - DMs WHITE Spring - Collection 4. But when I tried to submit the order I got an error message that I had to fill in all the forms. But as they were alredy filled, I just hit send again, and then the order was processed.

This resulted in the order being duplicated. I have one order including DMs WHITE Spring - Collection 4 and a second order with product line empty, otherwise exactly the same. Thus my account has been withdrawn twice.

The orders in questions are Order #: 113316111 . and Order #: 113316110. Order#: 113316111 is empty.

I wrote to store@renderosity.com asking if it was possible to recieve a re-fund for the empty order, as it was obviously a system error, not a mistake from me as a user (why should I want to buy the same item twice). but I never recieved any answer in spite of two reminders. Nor was my credit card refunded for the second, empty order.

I like to know now:

  1. Why do you not offer re-fund when these things happen? Or at least offer a store coupon?
  2. Why do you not respond to emails?

I have been a returning customer for many years, now I'll think again several times before ordering anything from your site again.

We did not receive any email from you.It must have got caught up in spam. I will go check and email you and let you know when the refund is done.
