Nothing earth shattering but if new to the subject or looking for a refresher Blender Guru - lighting course
There is a small amount of Blender specific instruction but most is general and will also apply to Poser.

Thanks for sharing Ironsoul, I've noticed that one too and put it in my towatch list. Could be very interesting.
There are sooo many video tutorials on Blender, way too many :)
