This is a bit embarrassing... In the process of downloading/collecting all my Fugazi1968 tutorials (for Silo), I noticed that one of my orders from back in 2013 is marked paid, but for some odd reason, only the Fugazi tute is shown as 'pending'. All the other products in that same order are available/ The order number in question is: 112446302, dated 21 Dec 13.! Rendo order with Fugazi tute marked as pending.png

I'd appreciate someone taking a look and freeing-up that download...

Done. it showed it had been downloaded many times. The download had to be reset. 😄

Ah... (makes this even MORE embarrassing then..) Lord knows where I might have saved those downloads, but I truly appreciate (once again) the excellent customer support here at Rendo. Thanks for the quick response and I hope u have a FANTASTIC weekend... - Ray
