Subject: Flying Hair? (that sounds like an interesting thread title, no?)

So on occasion, I will load in a character mesh where the head has been rescaled and the hair fitted to that new scaling. If I dont lock it, I can sometimes pose the figure and see the hair at about 50,000 feet and climbing.

Yes, I know, I can lock the hair prop and not worry about it anymore. But I'm curious: any idea why this happens? Running the latest Poser Pro, but it's been a problem since maybe Poser 7.

I have the same problem, but not so much with hair. It seems to be with parented props in general. No idea as to the cause...

I used to get that with earlier poser versions. I'm on poser 11 now, and i haven't seen it happen since then. It was a weird thing hey.

Maybe i've just been very lucky.

It happened to me in Poser Pro 11 recently. I had scaled the hair to -100% in order flip the part from left to right, and even though it was parented to the figure's head, when I posed him, the hair went flying.
