I used a code for 1000 reward points on an order today. After making the purchase the reward points were not applied in the transaction, and I can not see the reward points anywhere, What did I do wrong? Order #: 113358659

I believe you would need to use the rewards points to buy a gift certificate and apply the certificate to the order.

I see you did purchase a Gift Certificate. You can find that in your account HERE

If you would like I can refund that order with in-store credit and you may purchase those items again applying the gift certificate. But keep in mind if any of those items were in a sale that has now ended. ...the current prices may be different. 😄 Just let me know if you want that order deleted to try again. 😄
