I have Poser 11.1 and I figured out the maze to get to an upgrade to Poser Pro, which I purchased in your recent sale. I matched my old serial number correctly to get to the purchase screen, paid for the product, and got an e-mail from you with the download and installation instructions. I entered the new Pro serial number to get to the downloader and got all the files, which I installed. However, when I run Poser, it shows me the 11.1 screen and my old 11.1 serial number. I tried deactivating the serial number and entering the Pro number, but Poser will not accept that. In only accepts my old 11.1 serial number. Please help!

You need to use both serial numbers when you do the upgrade.

Hi.

You have deactivated which is good. Then you open up the program and it should ask you for your NEW serial number and then your previous one. Be sure there are no leading or ending spaces and that you copy and paste the serial number from the email that was sent. if you have any further questions or issues please send an email to poser@renderosity.com OR submit a ticket HERE

For anyone who is facing this issue and reading this: I kept missing that the prompt asked for both the new and the old password. Thanks for the help!
