I just tried to buy the Complete Hair for $30.00, and after about 169k of a 15 meg file, it cut me off, with no way to retrieve the download. When I hit 'back' and returned to the page, the download button was gone. I'm not using gozilla, just the Windoze downloader. So, am I complainig in the right place, or is that down the hall? :-) Adam

Moving to the Store Contact forum. You get a total of 3 download attempts to download a purchase before it stops displaying the button. I reset your download cout, so you have 3 more attempts now.
