Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Feb 15 11:01 am)
The error message is indicative of a missing file.
Did you install the script from source, or copy it from a previous Poser runtime?
I suspect the latter, with not all the files having been copied across.
If I'm right, then search for P9SITCPro*.* in the old runtime - it may well not be in a the same folder as the launch script.

Finally! I learned the hard way but it's the best way sometimes. First I tried reinstalling the scripts. That got me nowhere. No change. I was just recreating my problem. Next I did it within the Python script shell. One script worked (For Poser 9) and the other script for (Poser 8) absolutely crashed Poser 11. Luckily the PDF did mention that would happen. But working within the Python Shell isn't what I wanted. I wanted to pull down the menu, find the script and have it work.
So I re-read your instructions, found the exact file and installed it in the same directory as the Send in the Clones Pro python Directory. That is exactly what was needed. It looks horrible when you get past the title page but there's enough there to work. It also might be because I'm using my TV as my monitor. Still, the script does what it's supposed to do. Automate a tedious task. I can create 5 or 50 drones for instance, instead of copying and pasting over and over again. The proof of Snarly's knowledge is below. Thanks Snarlygribbly. Your help was greatly needed and greatly appreciated.
Nice Drone. Not often i see it in renders.
"Dream like you'll live forever. Live like you'll die tomorrow."
Excellent Drone!!! Nice shineys and superb catch on the script update.
Verbosity: Profusely promulgating Graham's number epics of complete and utter verbiage by the metric monkey barrel.

You should be able to resize the 'Send in the Clones' window by dragging an edge.
Thanks Raven, but dragging the edge, any edge, or maximizing the clones window, doesn't change the look once it's time to enter the parameters. The initial screen where you load your figure or prop looks fine but the parameters is the important part and it looks terrible! I've included Emma and Ghostman's cydrone so you won't hurt your eyes. I still think it's because I'm using a TV monitor instead of a computer monitor. My resolution is 1280 x 720 and my refresh rate is 59.40 hz. Here is how Send in the Clones looks.

Nice Drone.
Not often i see it in renders.
One vendor who was helping me with a project, actually warned me that the model I bought from him was NOT what I was needed.
I told him, "It was my pleasure." The same to you, ghostman. It is one of my favorites.
Rather odd. whatismyscreenresolution.net reports my screen resolution at 1280 x 720. Windows reports my resolution at 1920 x 1080. I only have so much workspace so my LGTV monitor must double as as my display. I think I can use two displays but one would be using High Defintion Multimedia Interface (HDMI) and the other would use the old fashion RGB connector. I'd rather work in HD. I am using an on board Radeon R7 as my graphics card. Good for regular computing but nothing like a dedicated graphics card.
Raven, I'm jealous and no other script behaves in this manner.
Another illusion shattered. I thought everyone here would have gone 4k years ago.

I know everyone across the pond thinks that all Yanks are millionaires. For the most part, we are (Jenn, Miss B, Ghostman).
A millionaire??? ~cough, cough, cough, cough~ Where did you get the idea I was a millionaire?? My laptop's resolution is 1600x900, so don't complain about a 19" monitor, as mine's only something over 15".
Sheesh! ~shakes head~

After seeing some of the Guru's here fix many of our Python problems due to the Poser version, I am hoping to bring one Python back to life. I have a python that appears to be calling for Poser 9 at the least. Shouldn't I be able to open up the script in say, Notepad++ and change the Poser 9 to Poser 11 and have it work? Here is the error message I get when I click on Send in the Clones Pro. Any help would be appreciated.
