So, I can't get the veterans day coupon to work on anything...? Anyone else have any luck with it today?

Well something just changed..now coupons are workin again, I think.

OK the whole coupon thing is crazy/broken as far as trying to figure out what works and not for coupons. I am attaching a series of images below. The first shows a example cart of one item that does not allow coupons (rightly defined in the red box) and 3 other items that all appear to allow coupons, see green tags...

I try the coupon and nothing, no feedback, no indication there is a problem, just no discount??? I go back and pick another item, and add it, and then reapply coupon, and WOW! All of those items now inform me that coupons do not apply now? Then I have to go back and read, and find out that anything Prime is not allowed...wasted a lot of time this morning. :(

Now I think... Well, maybe I need a "NOT Prime" account as well, since sometimes deals are better for sale items with coupon. For example, Messy hair on Sale with 20% coupon is $5.17, versus Prime $5.83. So, I asked my friend to try, since they are NOT Prime, and the Veterans Day coupon does not apply to any item that is Prime for them (even though they do not have Prime)

Ugh...whole thing is very difficult. Rant over, maybe something the web guys can look at that things indicate when coupons do not apply in the right places.

The Coupon is NOT working for me either. I have two items. Both are coupon eligible. I apply the veteran's (You're welcome) coupon and NOTHING. No 20% off. Are they looking at this? Should I post in the main forum area?

I eventually realized that the items were Prime, so that killed it for me, since I am Prime. Valid reason for not working, but very confusing when some show working and others not.

Add "Latifa for G8F" to your cart, and try again, and see what it says. That product seems to meet criteria for it, and is over $10. Then the site may tell you whats wrong.

The items are both prime and not prime is the issue. For those who aren't prime, they won't get the lower overall price but they should be able to use the coupon. I'll empty out my cart and try it again. The thing is, I AM using items that are prime flash. Could that be it? Prime flash is the same as prime whether you are prime or not?

Prime Flash items last for 24 hours and are already heavily discounted.. many at even 70% off.

I'm not surpised a 20% off coupon doesn't apply on top of that huge discount. Maybe you should try the coupon with a normal product on sale.. I'm sure it will work just fine! :)

They are at 55% off. Perhaps the threshold is at 30%. Just a guess. The ad does say it's good on sale items. Still, in lieu of feedback, I'll give it a try. By the way, Rena. The link to your store in your signature doesn't work. Thanks for the advice and for supporting Poser. It makes a difference when I decide where to spend my hard earned sheckles.

The RPublishing sale is having 55% off for prime members only.. same all their Friends stores. This means that all products on those stores are considered as PRIME.
