I had contacted Jenn previously as I had a permanent license from Smith Micro for my Poser Pro 11. She told me she'd activated my Poser 11.2 for a year. Although this is bs I have no choice.

BUT my Poser 11.2 won't start unless I connect it's computer to the net so it can phone home so nothing has been changed. I'm more than a little ticked off and am using Poser Pro 2014 until this is straightened out.

The Poser Software submit a ticket won't accept my Poser ll.2 version number so the ticket won't submit. Thanks for any help.

I did set your license for a year. If that is not working I will have to speak to the dev team. Please send an email to jennblake@renderosity.com with your serial number so I can report this to them.
