Subject: Poser 11 Pro -needs Serial number?? I bought this when it was first out!

I've not used it since April- I spend efforts on my other hobbies. Now I come back and it wants me to either buy it-again- or enter serial #? Is this something to do with the Purchase by Renderosity??

Smith Micro have shutdown their license server. Instructions on how to download the Renderosity build are in the thread at the top of the forum, your existing SM license should work ok.

Had the same problem and can't find my #key email :(
bought Poser 11 last april and now it doesn't work anymore... tried to find my email wich contain my serial # but don't have it... soooooo sad...

Open a help ticket at the URL above, make sure you mention the email you bought it under and the name, so they can look it up.
