Subject: Poser Pro 2012 registration box

Hi. I have been away from Poser several years now and want to reinstall Poser 2012 on my Windows 10 PC. It installed, and when it was finished a box pops up to register Poser Pro 2012. The problem is the box will not take my serial no. or anything else. My number comes up really large and not lined up with the registration box form. I tried making my resolution bigger so the box would appear larger but that does no work. How do I register this program so I can use Poser? Thanks, Sherrie

That's because SM shut down its license server. Renderosity, under the brand name, Bondware, is now the owner of Poser. You need to upgrade to Poser 11.2 Go to https://www.posersoftware.com/downloads and download the latest version. You can register it with your old serial number. If you run into problems, you can set up a trouble ticket at https://support.posersoftware.com/portal/newticket.

That only applies to Poser 11 or PP2014Game Dev.

Was your Poser Pro 2012 an upgrade? If so you need to put in the number and then down a bit is Previous Serial Number from your previous version. The serial number should be something like XP90CRD-0001 followed be 4 more groups of 4 digits/letters. If your number starts XP90CUD then that is an upgrade. Also remember that there are NO Letter "I" or "o" so anything that looks like an I or O is a One or Zero. Also I made it a habit to use Caps Lock.

Poser 5, 6, 7, 8, Poser Pro 9 (2012), 10 (2014), 11, 12, 13
