Content Advisory! This message contains nudity
Make sure when you post a nude image to tick on Nudity at the bottom of the comment box, which I will do for you. Make sure that all pertinent content related to a specific figure is placed into an associated runtime so when Poser conducts a pathway search it finds all necessary files. Another issue that can cause a failed search is having more than file copy existing in other runtimes. This confuses Poser and will trigger the message of a missing file.
Sorry about the nudity, I had forgotten she was nude because that fact is hardly noticeable due to the poor quality of the image. And thank you for the advice which I am not sure I follow. Do you mean that I may have more than one V4 loaded in more than one location in Poser? Do you also suggest that I may have placed content for V4 in the wrong place or places? I need to check that out, thanks for the help...
Well I never. On checking the folders in the content I found that I had missed a null object in the original that was part of the geometries folder. I didn't notice it because it was not a blue folder. Anyway I copied it over and it worked, V4 loaded in Poser without any problems. So thank you hborre for the advice and I also noticed the nudity tick box on the forum box too. We move on!

Things move on not without confusion but its all progress. La Femme and her boyfriend, she has no taste! My first render which I managed more by luck than anything else and I doubt I could replicate but maybe soon that will happen. My question regards runtime and content and so on, and I am guessing this is one of the big topics for newbies. So I added V4 to the existing runtime by going to the Poser 11 content folder on my system and adding all the relevant folders to the runtime there. It worked! Kind of! When I try to call V4 up in the main window, I get these messages. The file was not found, do you want to continue to look for missing files? I type no and the I get a blank screen, well its a sort of buff colour. Eventually though up pops V4. As shown in the attached image. What is this all about, I must have done something wrong but I can’t see what, all the V4 folders Have been added to the Poser runtime and all the contents placed where they should be manually, and double checked, I hope! So I won’t go any further with asking questions today, but I do have more relating to the addition of content, bearing in mind I have a whole load of stuff that was included with the programme when I purchased it, Also please note that I am a Mac user and the Stuffit app that was recommended in one video onset seem to work for me so al this stuff has to be added manually which is total PITA. Thanks for any help and advice!
