Subject: Two new banal questions with pictures

I have all the Zip files that came as part of the package I purchased and so far as I know all work except the one for Dawn, I open it with the Mac app as I do all the others, yet what I get is the message shown in the first SS. I also load the Dusk figure into Poser and he looks okay except the variations that appear all over the figure, as shown in SS number 2 Anyone know what's going please...Screenshot 2020-03-17 at 17.59.20.pngScreenshot 2020-03-17 at 17.49.24.png

The first is beyond me. You could try another download.... the second is a display issue that should go away when you render.

Thanks Andy, the first was cured by downloading another zip and that one worked fine. And you are right on both counts because the problems with the figure vanished once I rendered it. Thank you so much...
