Subject: Installing 11.3 on a Mac...HELP!!!

I am having problems installing the upgrade. Can anyone help please, do I need to remove the existing Poser 11.2 before trying to install? I have tried to install but can't seem to follow the instructions in the manual and the installer I get doesn't contain any of the steps and prompts that I should see. Probably dim old me doing something or not doing something, could do with some help please.. Thanks
