How do you install 3rd party stuff into blender? 2.82, lux core render, (user preferences ) I just can't find this.I'm just starting to want to use this software, Thank's goofygrape aka john

Hello John All 3rd party add-ons are installed thru the add-on install option under preferences now for Lux core there are some extra steps which you can find the instructions at

BlendLuxCore Installation

Also you might want to watch this tutorial on How to Install any Add-ons on Blender
