I can't find a post on this which is odd but... why are unavailable items still on Renderocity? I see an item I like, click on it and find it's unavailable. This must drive other people mad too. Could the unavailable items be removed? They have clearly been identified and must have some flag set against them to mark them as unavailable.

The unavailable items still have pages so that those who purchased them in the past still have access to them and can view them for reference. I've had to do this many times as the informational material and readme files that ship with many items are insufficient.

That's one of the reasons I always save a copy of the main promo in a separate folder with my downloads. I don't always install downloads right away, so if I don't recall exactly what something looks like, I just go into the promos folder and check it out, which is especially helpful if I'm not online at that point.

I wana buy Zoey from the artist Angle_Wings but there is just a note "unavailable". At the left of the price there is an icon (a banknote). When I go to that banknote with the mouse it shows me "this product is eligible for coupons". So, where can I buy coupons to buy that article?

Angel_Wings products are unfortunately no longer available at Renderosity. :-( I guess you can send her a sitemail to find out if they will come back.
