Subject: Undocked runtime library so slow

So I upgraded to Poser Pro 11. On my previous Poser I had the runtime libraries undocked and it opened in Adobe Air which was nice and fast and I could have my content on 2nd screen.

However in Poser 11 It seems to undock it without using Adobe Air, which is all good in that I can put the window on my 2nd monitor, but it is so slow to find anything, sometimes I can click on it and it takes 2 or 3 minutes to actually come up with the content. So much so that I resorted to using the Adobe Air plug in from previous Poser version which still finds my runtimes and works fast, but the search ability won`t work which means whenever I want to search for something I have to resort to the Poser 11 window and wait around 5 minutes to locate what I want.

My runtimes are all on an HDD external drive as that makes it nice and easy when I change pcs as I just need to plug the HDD into the new pc. Is Poser 11 set up to work with SSD’s and is that why I am getting such slow responses?

Is there any way to use the old Adobe Air option, or a fix to get my previous poser adobe air to point at Poser 11 and be able to perform the searches again?

It sounds like the Library is re-indexing your runtimes every time you plugin the HDD external drive. Maybe someone will step in with some better insight.
