I requested a refund on my early payment for P12, since it's clear that P12 is not going to be usable. This morning you made the refund and turned off the license for P12, which is appropriate. But you ALSO turned off my license for P11, which I'd paid a couple years ago. FIX IT.

I did the refund and removed the license for Poser 12. Your license for Poser 11 is still active.

Well, it obviously isn't. Never mind. Forget the whole thing. I've rolled back to P9, which doesn't require me to ask permission every time I want to get some goddamn work done. Bye.
