Subject: computer crash, everything gone, reached download limit on my purchases?

Hi! I too have apparently reached my download limit on some of my purchases. Due to a computer crash I have to re-install everything, ugh. Could you please reset my download limit? Thank you :)

I have reset all of your downloads for you. I know what it is like to reinstall gigs of content. I'm sorry you are having to spend you weekend doing it. Hang in there!
