I am unable to use the December Newsletter 20% coupon. Says I'm not authorized to use it (??).

That's because it expired at 11:59pm CST on Friday, 12/4/20. I know, weird since they announced it the day before, or at least that's when I got the email with the announcement in it.

Well, that's weird, because it was last night that I tried to use it. The site is so FUBAR since they started diddling with it.

I thought it odd because they generally give you a few days to use a coupon.

So not only by marking many new sales as "Prime Classic" gets using a coupon impossible, now they also limited it's use to only one day, instead of the whole month? Wow... just wow...

There are a lot of limitations on coupons. Some vendors don't accept them, anything prime impedes them, they don't always work with sale items, and so on. When you actually get to use them, they're good. But a lot of times, you can't use them. Sadness.

This point has been made many times. I don't know why they don't reduce the restrictions on it & make them of more use to people. For instance, allowing their use on Prime items, if only against the non prime pricing? They might even get more sales! ;)
