I have, i5-10400F cpu and a gtx 1660 super card can get a Intel Core i7-5930K and EVGA GeForce RTX 2070

Is this major upgrade ? Iam not very up on tech stuff these days.

Most Def. The gpu is great. You'll see improvement in rendering most definitely.
