Today, I just learnt you can only apply one gift certificate per order. I redeemed a second gift cert using my rewards points, and it seems to have just replaced the 1st I copied and pasted into the checkout. (cert value didn't go up)

So how can I get the code from the 1st certificate back? When you redeem points it displays them then and there, but I can't see anyway to get the original code back, and we aren't emailed a copy.

I've never had that happen, but what I usually do if I want to use more than one GC, is I post here in this forum asking for the two GCs to be combined into one GC for the total amount, just don't pose the GC numbers you want combined here. The store staff can fine them in your account. That way, you're then good to go to use the amounts from both GCs at one time.

On your account page there is an item "gift certs" near the top, just below the standard tabs.
