I am having trouble with obps downloaded from the internet. I am importing into the user files in "create" it seems to import fine. I can see object ie: sword, in preview window I click on the check button a box appears in the bryce canvas but when renderd nothing is in it ??? I have no problems with dxf files. I have bryce 3.1 I would really appreciate any help you can offer. Ang

Wierd!! - only thing (as a possibility), could the obp's you have imported been version 4? - dont know whethert his makes a difference! - If you can, upgrade to 4 or better still, 5 will be out this summer, a lot of improvements made between 3-4 and 5 has some bonuses too!
