Hi all,

As thread says, Holiday Cheers sale percentages are showing 30-40%, not advertised 50-70%.

These are NEW releases that were in queue upon the time that the sale was set.

The vendor has the right to exclude new releases from the rest of their store sale.

We may not change those prices unless we're specifically instructed by the vendor to include them in.

Ad text doesn't say "except for new releases picked by the vendor." Ad text simply says "The following topseller stores will be 50%-70% off for 72 hours ONLY!" and then the RPub store is showing items that are not part of that sale and you're doubling down on "We're not doing that." That's not helpful.

That's also considered as false advertisement and can be criminally negligent.  Please stay out of trouble.
