I have uploaded a photo today but not showing up in New Art

You didn't say what image you're having problems with. The latest I see is "Christmas Presents".  It's a pinup with a couple of gals with Santa hats. It's currently halfway down the first page of new art. It can take a few minutes for things to show up sometimes.

I have checked the first 5 pages of new art for Christmas Presents and is not showing up.

It has a nudity flag checked. Check your settings to see if you're filtering out nudity. To check, click on your name in the upper right corner of the page, go to settings. on the new page, in the row that says My Settings, click gallery. Uncheck nudity and any others you don't want to block. Even if you had it unchecked in the past, you might still check it in case it somehow accidentally get reset.
