I have just purchased different items but I got no reward points. The amount of pending points is 0...

My order is order 113816799

Hi.

I am not sure why those were not given. I have checked and since you are a prime member I have awarded it an even 300 points to your account. The amount that is rewarded is based on the cash payment total. Sorry for the trouble!

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I really appreciate. I don't know why it happened because it never happened before... Weird issue anyway.
