Subject: Volume discounts do not apply

Volume discounts do not seem to apply while they are still mentioned on the "deals" page. Whatever the amount no discount is applied and the "Limited time only" banner is not displayed.

Are they still valid or are they abandoned?

I have the same question as well, with a full cart waiting on the answer.  The volume discount applied yesterday, but not today.

No volume discount either. Things should be clearer as well as with the discounts constantly changing. All these changes do not appear on this page although they should:

The volume discounts are done randomly as a coupon would be. Sometimes they will be in effect and at other times they will not.
