Subject: P13 - unable to reach license server

Anyone have any suggestions for how to start the trial version of P13?  I get this error despite having an active internet connection and launching as administrator.  Thanks for any insights

Make sure your firewall allows Poser through. I got that as an option, presumably via Windows. It gave me the option of letting Poser through on private networks only, or public and private.

Thank you randymm77...  I had turned off antivirus and firewall but P13 wouldn't start.  Following your advice I went into program controls and added P13 and it still didn't load.  But when I added the queuemanager executable as well and then restarted it worked.  Thanks!

P13 looks ok so far, but my current license is P11 Pro.  With no upgrade option for P11 Pro and a $250 price tag, I probably won't get P13.  Poser is fun, but not $250 fun
