Subject: Post Rendering Effects Dials

I'm quite happy to see the Post Renderings Effects menu upgraded. Still playing with it. So far I have noticed three issues:

1. The decimal point in the dials seems to be a point '.' while my installation shows coma ',' (as per regional European settings). Entering manually value with a coma returns a zero value, but still displayed with a coma as decimal separator ;-)

2. The dials have 4 decimals, but the dials' step ('Sensitivity') seems to be fixed at 0,0010 (or 0.0010), except the 'Bloom Radius' dial sensitivity that is set at 0,01 (0.01). The fourth decimal can be entered manually, but, as expected, it is not affected by turning the dial.

3. Unlike in other parameter dials, sensitivity adjustment is not available. It would be great to have a 'Parameter Settings' menu that opens with a double L-click in the 'Post Renderings Efffects' as well. For example, ability to set parameters' limits a step away from the max/min values would prevent the preview picture from turning white/black when turned to reach the extreme values.
