Subject: Poser 12 Program-No serial number?

I finally downloaded my Poser 12 program, that was purchased through Renderosity. Now I am confused, because I didn't receive a serial number with my purchase? Has anyone else had this problem?

If you purchased it through Renderosity, click your name in the upper right, pick Account, and then open the Order it was purchased in. You should see the serial number there.

I have done that. There was no serial number. Hopefully Customer Support will answer me soon. Thanks for your input.
