Subject: No serial Number?

I finally downloaded my Poser 12 program, that was purchased through Renderosity. Now I am confused, because I didn't receive a serial number with my purchase? Has anyone else had this problem?

Hello MC,

It looks like you purchased the USB drive for Poser 12. The USB product details clarify that the USB is meant to be purchased in addition to the official software product. You will have to purchase the full software product to be able to receive your license key. That product is located at the link below.
