The button is still there. It won't show if:
1. You've checked a product with extra fields required (ex. username change product). This is intentional.
2. You've checked a product that is missing required products. This is a bug and it's in our issue tracker.
What happened to you is number 2. I'll sitemail you directly regarding the specific problem product in your wishlist.
