heyas; these sketch renders are cool.... and a bit arcane. this is the silk version of about 7 swan sketch renders and a 'real' render of this scene. they're all now up at my gallery, so you can see them and read about them. so is 'i am the lady who cries,' if anybody is interested in that. you can make the swirly style things by using long strokes with high angle ranges, and turning off all but one light for directional control. :)

This is really interesting. I haven't played for awhile with the sketch render-been busy with those 'flying guests'. I love the swans necks intertwined. Diane
