There are some issues with Poser 11 License Manager. I had been working with Jenn Blake regarding them, but they did not get resolved before Jenn left.  I had thought ShaniaB had taken over in these situations and have tried to reach out by email and sitemail, but have not heard back.


Who do I contact for these issues, and what is the best method of contact?


It has been months.
