Hi, anyone getting this again?

I know about the Content Paradise cert addition to the hosts file but I've just started getting this one. 

There's been no changes to my system. This is P10. (I really must upgrade you know..)

Any ideas?

I just click Yes and it all works fine.

It's to do with the External Library option. I've set my preferred state so that it doesn't launch the External library and the message doesn't appear. As soon as I launch the Library up it pops. It's not a problem, I'd just rather not see it if possible.
