I have not jumped on the AI bandwagon so I have no idea if something is AI or not. Now having said that I am questioning if any of the backgrounds sold here at Rendo are made with AI. If so how would a person know. Is there a disclaimer or something that lets us know the background set was made with AI? I really want to avoid purchasing anything that is AI.

Vendors are required to claim copyright on any product they upload here and that is not usually possible with AI-generated content.

GGreen,

There's a lot of good stuff for 2D here, between renders and photographs, and original drawings. But if you make commercial use I suggest paying attention and choosing your sellers carefully. No one here will be your lawyer, and it is impractical for marketplaces to be able to individually check each upload for veracity.
I also research and buy elsewhere and the problem is the same.

I won't point the finger, but in my humble opinion I do see 2D arts that are clearly "pure AI", especially from the time when AI became a trend.

If you really like something but are unsure whether it is or isn't, perhaps contact the seller and ask for proof or for them to certify it in writing. Does a certificate of authenticity help? Who knows? Tough times my friend!
