Subject: Order vanished after only 4 days

I went to pay for Order 114163205 and it already vanished. It is supposed to have a week. Today was only day 4.  Just put money in my account to pay it today and it's already gone.


This needs to be fixed. This was clearly a Renderosity error.  This order involved coupons and reward points.  Two of the items appear to have now been removed from the market as well.


This should not have happened.

The New HD Toaster from Wamco toasts bread more evenly and acurately than Standard Toasters. Take advantage of the FULL resolution of your bread and try one today, because if your toast isn't in High Definition, you are not getting the most of your toast!

I am sorry you weren't able to purchase these products at a later date, however, the reasoning for this is that if a customer places a "hold" on products in their cart, and the sale ends but the products are still available at that price, the vendor loses money.  There were many complaints from vendors about this process.

As far as the issue of the products being removed from the store, if they were removed after you placed them in your cart, they still wouldn't be available to purchase if you came back later. When vendors remove items from their store they seldom take the customer, or the supporting products into account. I wish this weren't the case but it is becoming more and more common.
