I'm so weary of apparent failures in my work in poser. in this case, I bought L'Homme 2 and Dawn 2 and downloaded them and now am loading them, but when I double click on l'Homme 2 I get...Andy! please tell me what I should do to get everything right.

Why are you loading L'Homme from the cr2??? Go to Poser; if you properly installed L'Homme, he should be in your Figures runtime???

If you double-click any library file outside of the Poser library, it'll load Poser with a default scene - which is usually Andy. You want to properly install those files to a Runtime library folder and load them from inside Poser, in its library.

If he's using Poser 13 he can easily install the content he purchased from Renderosity, using the Purchases tab in the library.
