Maybe it is just me....but even with all of her included MTs....I just can't get the same wonderful expressions on Vicki that I can get with Posette using Traveler's morph targets. :o I suppose it could be because I am less experienced with Vicki, but she just seems to be lacking the humanity (for lack of a better term) that I can get from Posette. I may not be good at much else....but I know my expressions...and Vicki just ain't stacking up. I don't know....maybe I am just too attached to my Posette. LOL! Does anyone else have an opinion on this? Am I making any sense at all? Side note: This doesn't mean I hate Vicki. I am doing a pic for the Tarot that requires a portrait of Sekhmet, and I can't do it at all with Posette. LOL! Just saying when I want humanity I'm having trouble with Vic. :o)

It still amazes me how fond of P4 fem people are. Now that I have Vicky2 I doubt I'll use posette anymore at all. I've got Eve and Azura too (people seem to like those) but I just don't like the way P4 female looks like. No matter how much you morph her she remains ugly. It's not only the lower polygon count, it's just... the P4 look. You can't really get rid of it. Just browse the galleries - the P4 woman looks pretty much the same in every image no matter how much she has been morphed (no offence...) The only exception to that seems to be some fairy characters which look rather cute...

Funny! I was just thinking that very same thing....except about Vicki. LOL! I have Eve and Azura and Anton's Joy for Eve too. I use them occasionally. And I am starting to use Vicki, but I just don't seem to get the same expressions from her. :o Maybe it is me. LOL!

I hated Vicki. For starters, there was that flat butt. Then, the eyebrows, headshape. She just didn't look feminine, to me, no matter how dressy the lingerie. And, let's not forget, the stock Vicki wandering eye. Walleyed, I believe it is called. However, I was told, in my working life...That I had to begin to work with her. I made a bunch of morphs to try and get rid of her face. Now, the new Vicki2 is out. She is better than vicki, since she has morphs, but and mine can be applied as well. However, I JUST LOVE V2P4. And, how sweet of Daz to send her out on Mother's Day. I just still don't like the eyebrows...but did a browbeater morph and even those are coming up roses. Gosh, I hope they are working on Michael. They could start out by making his texture less red. Grin. Well, these are just my opinions.

I've recently started using a hybrid P4 Head/Vicky body figure and just love the versitility. Best of both worlds IMHO. And please tell me, what have I missed? What is the above mentioned V2P4?

V2P4 is the P4 version of Victoria, comes with Victoria 2 (a new .obj) and can wear P4 clothing :)

I like Vicli's and Vicki 2's expression .. it is much more versitile .. and I have to agree that I don't get the hole Azura, eve thing or whatknot ... And I like Vicki's eyebrows S I don't see why so many people are having trouble with them Laughs But Vicki is so soo much more versitile in the expressions department

Well, I bought Vicki when she first came out, but couldn't quite figure out how to play with her, so I just continued on with posette. Once in awhile, I'll try, but I'm so used to posette and all the morphs that were available. This morning, I bought the Vicki2 upgrade, and wow was I impressed by all the morphs. Welp, I've got some free time the next couple of days to play with Vicki2.

Posette is capable of some really great stuff. Before you write off your P4 female, check out Kozaburo's Digital Babes and see what Posette can do with a little attention to detail. Oh, and even though it's completely in Japanese, check out the galleries (or the BBS with pictures) at PoserFactory--often you'll see a couple of pictures with the P4 characters that'll blow you away. Traveller's morphs are great--but there's a few hidden goldmines in his collections that will yield amazing results if used in the right way.

I just did a pic with the V2P4! I am in love! I finally figured out what was bothering me most. I don't like Vicki's body and I would never use her if it wasn't for the "Brows Gone" MT. LOL! Best of all V2P4 can wear all of the wonderful Posette clothes I have. I really can't afford to go and buy all of Vicki's clothes. LOL! I have found those hidden tresure mounds in Traveler's morphs I believe. Oddly enough, if you play with some of the alien and fantasy MTs you can achive some truly different things with Posette. And I agree Freakachu, Kozaburo's ladies are wonderful. Posette is more versatile than people give her credit for. Vicki2 is very versatile as well, but I seem to have to do a hell of alot of fixes just to get her body looking halfway decent. Why are her boobs so low on her chest? LMAO!

Posette will always be my favorite. Sorry. Vicky is versatile in many ways above her, but Posette is so much easier to work with. And her clothes collection is a roomfull of closets, while Victoria's is a small hamper in the corner. LOL! Still, many things coming out for Victoria these days. billy-t has an unbelievable collection of fantastic clothes and items for her. So do many others, and that may be the trend we see. But...Posette will always have a place in my heart and art. shrug Call me sentimental, or stupid, but she will always be there. =)

Vickie2 is far superior to posette in every aspect!!! ive owned the V2model for about a week now and I am amazed at the number of built in Morphs especially for the body. she is the perfect solution for those us who dont have time to go and download the various morphs and learn how to apply them and as MAc user I dont have all the free resources ported to my platform as PC users have. I cant imagine ANY circumstance in which I would use posette for anything ever again!! she looks like a plastic mannequin no matter what you do to her. as far as posette allegedly being "prettier" thats totally Subjective vicky and michael are the best thing that ever happened to Poser and i for one am glad they are here!!
