Can anybody give me tips or point me to a tutorial on how to create wet hair? I'm working on a picture "Caught Skinny Dipping" (1st version in Gallery link above, image is large so I didn't include here) that I think would be much better if the hair looked wet. Thanks.

There was once a wet-hair prop in the FreeStuff, but I don't know what happened to it. If the hair is short you can apply a texture to a skull cap prop. There may be one you can try out at www.digitalbabes2.com -JH.

Try this http://209.92.41.204/Poser/wethow.htm How do you make the water and wet look of skin? bb2000dk

If I wanted to make skin look wet, I'd use the "plastic wrap" filter in PhotoShop as postwork. (This is one of my favorite filters, but should be used in moderation!!!) I'm not sure how one would do it before rendering, though. Carolly

I haven't tried for wetness in Poser, but if you want to export to Bryce, you can duplicate the skin, upscale it ever so slightly, then add a water texture with a subtle bump map to simulate the droplets...

Vairesh's "Kelli hair" looks like it would work as a wet hair style to me, with only minmal post render work. Here's the URL to the item in the store: http://www.renderosity.com/softgood.ez?ViewSoftgood=2059 I don't own the item, I just happened to get the banner after I'd read your original post, and it looks like rather wet hair. The conforming curls "cr2 hair" without the transmaps looks kinda wet too, btw. Hope this is a little help, at least. GrayMare

Thanks everyone for suggestions, I think the Vairesh's Kelli hair will work well for future renderings. As for how I created the wet skin, I simply turned up the highlight setting to about 45% in the render materials menu and used a white highlight color. I plan to try a future render in Bryce adding water droplets.
