Subject: Shelby download gone from my account

I bought Shelby last night pursuant to encouraging news regarding V1 and V2. Two download attempts died without reaching 7 megs. Now Shelby's download button is missing from the "my account" page. ??????????

Thanks much. Usual speedy service. Any way to encourage smaller file size from artists? Without DSL a file larger than nine megs takes over an hour.
