I've been lurking here in the forum for awhile (not that long, but awhile) and right in front of me was a book that I purchased from my Comic Book Retailer sometime ago. It is entitled Photoshop Pinup published by Agosto. (http://www.agosto.com) ISBN4-901054-00-7 The author, Seisaku Kano, uses a MAC and the following programs (just to show you how old the book is) Poser 2 (yes 2), Photoshop 4, Painter (unknown version), FreeHand 7.0, Infini-D and a program that I am very sure exists only for the Mac called MetaFlo 2.0. Poser is used basically to setup work in Photoshop. Each technique is explained, however the text is in all Japanese. Just thought I'd pass on this bit of information. The artwork is fantastic and if you read Japanese you may find some tips for textures and such.
