Greetings, I purchased 3 of Vaireshes hair products through the market and used my credit card, got the email verification below: From: Subject: Renderosity.com Online Catalog Purchase Date: Sunday, June 10, 2001 1:48 AM Hello, Thank you for shopping at the Renderosity.com Store. Here is your receipt. Order #18236 "Kellie Hair for Victoria and Posette" by VAIRESH, $9.99 "Julia Hair for Victoria and Posette" by VAIRESH, $9.99 "Morgan Le Faye Hair for Victoria and Posette" by VAIRESH, $9.99 Shipping: $0.00 Total: $29.97 Charged to credit card: 41*9399 and everything is awesome, the product is GREAT! except the zip file for the Morgan laFaye hair is corrupt. Michael has been trying to get the zip to me by other means, but things just aren't working that well. I would like to try downloading that one file again (Morgan laFaye hair), and of course if you need you can verify with him the communications we've had. Please let me know as soon as possible. I'm anxious to play with it, and this is almost taking some of the fun out of it...not quite, but almost.:-) Adam Smith adamcs@ev1.net

Ok, the downloads have been reset. you can try again. yvette

OK. I downloaded it again, and again there is an error. This is what the error message says: Error in possette brown curly bottom 2.hr2 What should I do at this point. By the way, I use winace, and it hasn't had a problem opening any other zip files from here or anywhere else. I've been using winace for about 5 months. Thanks.

OK, I know I already emailed you, but this way the ebot lets me know when you've responded. Regarding the error for possette brown curly bottom 2.hr2, It's actually possette brown curly bottom.hr2, without the "2" after bottom. Sorry if that sent you on a wild goose chase. Adam

The "Morgan Le Faye Hair" zip file is ok on the server. It's probably a download issue.

taliahad ( ) posted Wed, 13 June 2001 at 8:36 PM

OK, if its a download issue then how 'bout this? I'll assume that, since you didn't go into detail about it, that in the zip on the server, there is a 'posette brown curly bottom.hr2'. Thats the file that's apparently NOT in my zip that I download. There is a 'posette brown curly bottom.rsr' in the file, but not the hr2 that should be with it. Can you send me the posette brown curly bottom.hr2'? I know where to put it, I've been playing with Poser4 for some time now. Thanks Adam

For an individual file like that, you would need to contact the Merchant. We're only authorized to distribute the file in full.

Hmm, I was able to download the zip fine with the file you are having difficulty with. I will try emailing so you get what you paid for :)

All files are present in the zip.

Adam, I hope you were able to get this straightened out. I purchased this item on June 6 and have had no trouble unzipping it. The program I use is WinZip ver. 8. It may be a small program error with your unzipping program. (Maybe not all zip programs are created equal.) Good luck! bitplayer
