Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Jan 09 3:46 am)
ps.. does anyone know where i can geta free poser to max plugin. im not talking about exporting 3ds or obj etc.. files i mean something like propacks pz3tomax. It sucks. it works until you move the splashbar then it shuts down max. i have 128 megs of ram and a p3 800mhz. it sometimes works and sometimes it doesnt. i also tried maximum pose. but it is so slow. and anything over 4 seconds basically just locks up your computer trying to open the maxscript. so if anyone here has ever seen another type of plugin that will import pz3 files to max please tell me. thanks. please post url too.

hi, I mainly work with 3D studio Max. Please tell me how I can make the renders in Poser 4 more "smoother"? If i import a poser 4 character into 3ds max its renders 100x better. but if i render it in Poser 4 it looks all jagged. The reason I no longer want to try and import my pz3 models into max is because Max will crash. it takes S-loads of RAM and my computer only has 128 megs. Im not talking about single frames i know i can import it as 3ds files. Im talking about doing full animation sequence using the Propack plugin. SO my Question here is this. Can i improve the quality of the render so it isnt low resolution and the characters dont look jagged when i render them. Im sure it can be done because i seen some beautiful renders on newsgroups. and the people say they only use poser4 to render them but never spend the time telling me how to render them so the pictures come out nice and smooth.
