Subject: Scene on the beach

I am trying to create a scene on the beach. I am using props created in RDS5 that I have import them in Poser 4 as objs. But I am not very pleased with the relative size of the objects and the characters. The terrain object that I am using has to be realy huge for the proportions to look right. Can someone give me a clue on how to make the correct proportions. Or perhaps some guide lines on how to create nature scenes in Poser? I am sure that it can be done its only a matter of proportions. Thanks.
