Subject: shadows in animations

Is there a way to keep the shadows from jumping around in a POser animation? I'm not moving the lights (much, if any), but the shadows seem to flicker quite a bit. I thought I remembered seeing someone else mentioning this problem a while back.

For the light casting the shadow: increase "Map Size" say to 1024. Randering will then take longer, so maybe you only want to do that at the end, but it will reduce the shadow jumping.
