Run to the nearest comp usa, $99 bucks. Its also up on their website till july 21 st

COMP USA, plus tax plus shipping. I got it at PCC and got free next-day shipping and no tax, and it worked out to be about the same. I'd just go with whichever could ship it the fastest.
