Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 15 9:11 am)
heyas; import your obj into poser and size it properly (import a regular male figure as reference), then export it from poser and use THAT obj. note that if your figure or any of its parts are significantly larger/smaller/in a different place than the base figures, you can't 'steal' joint parameters from the base figure; they won't work. check the tutorials section for joint parameter tutorials.

Hey There Probably A Common Newbie Problem, But something that has pretty much halted My Project - Following the tutorial at http://209.92.41.204/Poser/merge.htm I made the Figure and Converted the Heirarchy File Just like it says, but when I took a look at him, he was at least a hundred times the size of a normal figure and when I used the Casual Man Rsr , the joints came out all wrong, and when I tried to pose the figure, One arm went this way, The chest went that way, the finger sections were all over the place...It looked like a bomb had just gone off in his chest. I dont know how to manually edit his joint parameters and using the casual mans one is no help Can anyone help me with this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks -Reynaldo
